Once reserved for the McIlhenny family and close friends, our TABASCO® brand Family Reserve Pepper Sauce blends premium ingredients to create an exclusive, limited edition flavor that you can only find here. Made from special, hand-selected peppers and Avery Island salt, this unique pepper mash is aged for up to 8 years in white oak barrels, much longer than the normal 3 year aging process of our Original Red Sauce. The Family Reserve pepper mash is then blended with premium white wine vinegar, strained and bottled as a small batch. Gluten free and zero calories. 5 oz. bottle. Ingredients: distilled vinegar, red pepper, salt. Nutrition Facts (per 100 ml) Serving Size 1 tsp (5mL) Servings Per Container about 757.

Fantastic product, outstanding service, reliable and speedy delivery. Highly recommended
For context, I have always enjoyed the hottest curries - Phall when I was a smoker with reduced taste buds, and now meat vindaloo or Nagaria dishes.
However, the Da’Bomb is on a different level. On the plus side it has gorgeous smokey flavours, which would go well in any stew. For me, the downside is that the sauce, even in very small quantities, is far too hot to use undiluted as a sauce. Perhaps I should try it mixed with something like Greek yoghurt to make a marinade. Fabulous flavour but definitely not for the faint hearted.
Loved everything about this sauce it was peachy with a great scotch bonnet flavour and the spiced rum gave it another layer highly recommend this one! 🌶🔥💪

I have a high tolerance to hot chilli pepper. So this sauce is hot, but to me, not overpowering. It may be like lava for others.
