Boerne Brand is a Texas-based hot sauce company that was founded through a collaborative effort with chefs, a food scientist, and a manufacturer. Their mission was to create a hot sauce that offered a complex flavor profile, enhanced food, and offered a medium level of heat, sourced from fresh jalapeños.

Boerne Brand uses a traditional technique of fermenting their peppers in the process which ages their jalapeños and allows for a unique introduction of flavor by toning down the vinegar taste. Their hot sauce is designed to be used both on the table and in the kitchen, and their fresh jalapeños allow them to make their own mash, essentially making their hot sauce from scratch.
