Excellent bit of heat and plenty flavour

This hot sauce from Tabasco is definitely one for the purists.
First you get a great flavour from all the different ingredients then comes the impact from the chilli. This is a wonderful addition to the rest of the Tabasco range.
This is a great sauce - it doesn't shy away from having a powerful kick, but it's not overpowering.
It also has a great flavour that goes with a lot of things - I'd say a taste between mango, habanero and black peppercorns. Really good would definitely recommend, it's one of my faves!

The sauce is great, super spicy and a great taste by itself and perfect for adding loads of heat to a dish when cooking without overpowering the flavours of the food. For anyone curious it's about 25,000 - 30,000 on the scoville scale, one to try once nothing on the supermarket shelves can satisfy!
The real stand out though is the unparalleled customer service! There was a delay with my order due to a customs backlog (absolutely no fault of Some Like It Hot) and the owner took time out of his day to call and personally apologise and explain the situation and followed up as well to keep me updated.
Wouldn't buy from anywhere else based on the customer experience, absolutely next level customer care!
Bought this for family to share and so far we are loving every sauce. A great selection of sauces from mild to extremely hot. Will be buying more sauces as soon as the current bottles run out.
