Geoff's love affair with everything spicy began in the late 90’s on a year’s student exchange to Malaysia. Fast forward almost 2 decades, and Sabarac was born just outside Brisbane Australia. Their Watermelon Hot Sauce was the first and flagship sauce, while the Japanese Miso quickly gained popularity, winning a Scovie Award in 2022. The sauces ferment for at least six weeks before bottling, with some maturing for 12 months or longer to develop distinct, rich flavors. These guys make HOT sauces!
