In a garden brimming with peppers, Radiation Therapy found a solution to preserve their chillis by creating sauce. This sauce was gifted to friends, family, and colleagues who consistently returned for more. Their sauces are crafted in small batches with natural ingredients in a Charlotte, North Carolina commercial kitchen. No co-packer is involved; instead, the sauces are carefully handmade. Interestingly, the mango tree that provides their fruit was planted 18 years ago by their daughter Maddie, who inspired the "Mad" in Mad Mango.
