Pilsudski Mustard, named after General Jozef Pilsudski from the Polish Army by founder Betty, started making the Polish Style Mustard with Horseradish in the late 1970s. Today, it is still the company's best-selling flavor. Mike Marcinko took over the company in 2015, introducing five more flavors of specialty mustards, fresh hot horseradish, and spicy bloody mary mix. In 2018, they won a bronze medal in the World Wide Mustard Competition held in Wisconsin. Their unique flavors made with quality ingredients keep loyal customers excited for what's next.
