Drunken Jerk Jamaican Marinade is a complex combination of Jamaican jerk seasoning with just the right balance of thyme, allspice, habanero peppers, and garlic.
Secret Aardvark balanced the flavor with dark rum to make it “drunken” and added soy sauce to make this the perfect marinade. Many cooks are overwhelmed by using jerk flavors; our marinade makes it easy way to enjoy the complexities of jerk seasonings. There are many creative ways to use this sauce: marinating fish, chicken, tofu and pork; add it to a Cuban style sandwich; mix it with ranch for a spicy dip; make a mean Drunken Jerk bloody Mary!

No taste just heat. Not for me.
I prefer to use to a whole bottle to marinade a kilo meat 24 hours I think is best to have a good amount of sauce to pair with rice the taste is awesome I have purchased elsewhere in the past but this was the lowest price I could find

A truly delicious hot (but not very) sauce with a lovely sharp fruity tang. Every Melinda hot sauce I’ve tried has been superb. Will be buying more.
