We blend the tantalizing sweet of Crown Maple with hot red cayenne pepper and rich, smoky chipotle to create an entrancing hot sauce. A crowning touch for all your foods - chicken and waffles, pork, seafood, vegetables, or even a simple cracker. Ingredients: organic crown maple syrup, vinegar, Cayenne pepper mash (peppers, salt), onion puree (onions, citric acid), Tomato paste (tomatoes, salt, citric acid), salt, chipotle powder, organic Crown maple sugar, roasted garlic, vanilla extract, garlic, all spice, Cinnamon.

For context, I have always enjoyed the hottest curries - Phall when I was a smoker with reduced taste buds, and now meat vindaloo or Nagaria dishes.
However, the Da’Bomb is on a different level. On the plus side it has gorgeous smokey flavours, which would go well in any stew. For me, the downside is that the sauce, even in very small quantities, is far too hot to use undiluted as a sauce. Perhaps I should try it mixed with something like Greek yoghurt to make a marinade. Fabulous flavour but definitely not for the faint hearted.

Always a fan of the fruity fatalli chilli it's expertly paired here with roasted pineapple for a fruity sauce that delivers heat and pairs well with all meat, and is full of flavour for a vegan sauce! Love it! Cupboard staple 🍍
This sauce is a well balanced sweet but well spiced delight - perfect to accompany bbq anything but especially pork. The rum is subtle but adds layers of flavour. A classy sauce from a talented maker - the packing makes this feel even more special and ideal for a gift. One of the best Scottish sauces out there!

I have a high tolerance to hot chilli pepper. So this sauce is hot, but to me, not overpowering. It may be like lava for others.
