A favorite of mine that was withdrawn a while back from most supermarkets I've visited so I am very happy to find it for sale at the Some Like It Hot Shop.

This is the hottest sauce from this brand the taste well buy it and see for yourself I'm not spoiling the surprise but personally my favourite out of the ones I have tried from the brand because I prefer higher heat levels

This sauce is phenomenal.

It smells a bit like onion relish mostly but the flavour profile is so complex - whatever that tequila does to those chillies really works.
Put it on a meaty sausage from the butchers and thank me later.

The reason I first ordered from this company and didn't disappoint I strangely had the urge to find a cinnamon hot sauce after some research this seemed to be the only choice & didn't disappoint me I said strangely become I am not the biggest cinnamon fan be good as a dessert sauce too for something different also pairs well with cheeseburgers

I prefer to use to a whole bottle to marinade a kilo meat 24 hours I think is best to have a good amount of sauce to pair with rice the taste is awesome I have purchased elsewhere in the past but this was the lowest price I could find

For context, I have always enjoyed the hottest curries - Phall when I was a smoker with reduced taste buds, and now meat vindaloo or Nagaria dishes.
However, the Da’Bomb is on a different level. On the plus side it has gorgeous smokey flavours, which would go well in any stew. For me, the downside is that the sauce, even in very small quantities, is far too hot to use undiluted as a sauce. Perhaps I should try it mixed with something like Greek yoghurt to make a marinade. Fabulous flavour but definitely not for the faint hearted.
