For context, I have always enjoyed the hottest curries - Phall when I was a smoker with reduced taste buds, and now meat vindaloo or Nagaria dishes.
However, the DaāBomb is on a different level. On the plus side it has gorgeous smokey flavours, which would go well in any stew. For me, the downside is that the sauce, even in very small quantities, is far too hot to use undiluted as a sauce. Perhaps I should try it mixed with something like Greek yoghurt to make a marinade. Fabulous flavour but definitely not for the faint hearted.
