This Kentucky Bourbon based hot sauce is the king of the grill!
The original was mildly spiced and mellowed with apples and smoky chipotle. This version is ramped up with Naga Jolokia or Ghost Chillies for a super charged hot, sweet, smoky sauce that’s amazing on all cooked meats but particularly good with pulled pork.
Sugar, apple pulp, water, bourbon, apple vinegar, honey, chipotle pepper, salt, naga jolokia (ghost) pepper, citric acid, garlic, liquid smoke, xanthan gum, ascorpbic acid, cinnamon.

Slightly sweet, crunchier, moorish, until you realise that you’ve earten half the jar and the heat is continuing to build both on your mouth and in your stomach! I could eat a whole jar, but my body wouldn’t be happy with me, so just a couple as a treat is perfect!
